Tomando Conciencia is an NGO that was born in 2006 with the objective of helping childhood through education, health and food supplies. We focus our projects using audio-visual and artistic channels, which help us to show our work to the world in a clear and alternative way.

Christmas postcards



For these Christmas we have designed 10 postal cards with Chocolate Studio in which the main characters are the children of Belén de los Andaquíes (Colombia), town where we have developed our last humanitarian project. The town hall of Alella (Barcelona) and the Comissió de Cooperació Internacional of the same village planned ‘Mirades al món’ a conferences cooperation wich objective are make aware about the problems and the inequalities of some people around the world and how we can collaborate for try to change and to sort out this situation.

Tomando Conciencia va took part of this conferences last saturday 8th of november. There we had a small parade where we explained the project of Colombia -subsidize for the same town hall of Alella- and the visitors could buy merchandasing of the NGO, the dvd of the documentary ‘A Khmer Tale’, postal cards for Christmas or artesenals bracelets of Colombia.
